Payment 

All patients are expected to pay in full at the time of their consultation. If payment is not able to be made at time of consultation payment will be required within 7 days.  Accounts outside these terms may be charged an administration fee of $75.  Your account may be sent to a debt collection agency if not fully paid within 30 days.  We may also: 

• Charge you interest at 15% calculated on a daily basis from the date of your consultation until payment; and/or 

• Charge you the cost of recovery for the outstanding fees and interest including our legal costs on a solicitor/client basis, any Court costs and disbursements, service, or collection fees; and/or 

• Decline to provide you with further services. 
  
  

Cancellation 

We require you to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of your appointment fee will be charged.  If no notice is given, the full appointment cost will be charged. 

Events beyond our control 

Molecheck will not be held responsible for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with systems or network access, hardware malfunctions, or logistical challenges. However, we will strive to resolve any faults or issues as quickly as possible and arrange a new appointment date once the problems have been addressed. 

Pricing 
All products and services we offer are priced in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include the 15% New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). Please note that we may adjust our prices at any time without prior notice. 

Gift Vouchers 

Gift Vouchers are valid for three years from the purchase date. They can be used for any service or product offered by Molecheck, up to the specified dollar value. Gift vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or offers, and are non-refundable. 

Changes to Terms and Conditions 
We retain the authority to modify these terms and conditions at any moment and update users via our website.
